What does eating fried food do to your body?

Vegetables, fruits, meats and anything else edible can be fried to create a taste sensation. Everyone loves at least one fried food whether it is chips, chicken or more.   • Sugar and carbs found in fried food have an addictive quality which makes you want more and more, creating a nasty outcome.
