Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery)

Blepharoplasty, also known as eyelid surgery, is a cosmetic procedure that involves the removal of excess skin and fat from the upper and lower eyelids. The goal of the surgery is to improve the appearance of the eyes and correct any functional issues that may be caused by drooping or sagging eyelids. This procedure can also be done for medical reasons when the excess skin is blocking vision. Recovery time varies and depends on the extent of the surgery, but most people can return to normal activities within 2 weeks.
Brow Lift (Forehead Lift)

A brow lift, also known as a forehead lift, is a surgical procedure used to improve the appearance of the forehead and eyebrows. The procedure is designed to address wrinkles and lines on the forehead, as well as sagging or drooping eyebrows. The procedure typically involves making an incision in the hairline, lifting and repositioning the forehead skin, and then removing any excess skin. The result is a more youthful and refreshed appearance, a smoother forehead and more elevated eyebrows.
Facelift (Rhytidectomy)

A facelift, also known as rhytidectomy, is a cosmetic surgery procedure that aims to improve the appearance of the face by tightening and repositioning the skin and underlying tissue. The procedure can address wrinkles, sagging skin, and loss of definition in the mid-face, jawline, and neck. The procedure is typically performed under general anaesthesia. It can involve making incisions along the hairline, behind the ears, and under the chin to remove excess skin and reposition the remaining skin and underlying tissue. Fat may be added or removed to enhance facial contours. The procedure can take several hours, and recovery time can vary but may take several weeks.
SMAS Facelift

SMAS facelift, also known as a Superficial Musculo-Aponeurotic System facelift, is a surgical procedure that tightens and lifts the deeper layers of the face and neck, known as the SMAS layer, to improve the appearance of sagging skin and wrinkles. The procedure typically involves making an incision in the hairline, lifting and repositioning the SMAS layer and then re-draping the skin to create a more youthful and refreshed appearance. The procedure is typically performed under general anaesthesia and recovery time can vary, with most patients returning to normal activities within two weeks.
Deep Plane Facelift

A deep plane facelift is considered the most advanced facelift technique available and provides the most dramatic results compared with all other techniques of facelifting. Deep plane facelift surgery can significantly reverse the signs of facial ageing and make someone appear significantly younger. A deep plane facelift exceeds the results of a SMAS facelift for a more natural outcome. We are one of the few centres in the UK to specialise in deep plane facelifts, and our surgeons have developed their own specialised variant of a deep plane facelift.
Mini Facelift

Mini facelift or lower facelift is a minimally invasive approach to treating the signs of ageing affecting the lower part of the face. It is considered less invasive than a standard facelift with smaller incisions, less scarring and a quicker recovery. The procedure is often combined with complementary treatments including brow lift, eyelid surgery and facial fat grafting. The treatment can produce results that last over 10 years with many patients enjoying the benefits for even longer.
One Stitch Facelift

One stitch face lift is a minimally invasive procedure designed to address the effects of ageing affecting the middle part of the face. It is considered a less invasive alternative to a mini or full facelift. Incisions and scarring are virtually invisible and recovery is very quick with most patients back to normal activities the next day. One stitch facelift is easily carried out with a local anaesthetic and takes no more than 45 minutes to perform.
Male Facelift

A male facelift is designed to get rid of loose and sagging skin in men as a result of the ageing process. Our surgeons are skilled in all facelift techniques to rejuvenate a man’s face including a mini facelift, one stitch facelift and a full facelift. The common signs of ageing can be effectively addressed to produce results that last in excess of 10 years. Facelifts for men are commonly combined with complimentary procedures including eyelid surgery, neck lift and facial fat transfer.
Neck Lift

A neck lift, also known as a lower rhytidectomy, is a cosmetic surgery procedure that improves the appearance of the neck by tightening loose or sagging skin, reducing the appearance of wrinkles and creases, and addressing excess fat deposits in the neck area. The procedure can be done alone or in conjunction with other facial procedures, such as a facelift or chin implant. The procedure is usually performed under general anaesthesia, and recovery time can vary, but most people can return to normal activities within two weeks.
Facial Fat Transfer (Micro & Nano Fat)

Facial fat transfer, also known as fat injection or fat grafting, is a cosmetic procedure that involves removing fat from one area of the body, such as the thighs or abdomen, and injecting it into the face to add volume and improve the appearance of wrinkles, hollows, or scars. The procedure can also be used to enhance the cheeks, lips, or jawline. The fat is usually taken using liposuction. Then it is processed and carefully re-injected. The procedure is usually performed under local anaesthesia and recovery time varies, but it usually takes around a week to see the final results.
FaceTite

FaceTite is a minimally invasive procedure that uses radiofrequency energy to tighten and contour the skin on the face and neck. The procedure is performed by inserting a small, thin probe under the skin, which delivers heat energy to the tissues, causing them to contract and tighten. This can help to improve the appearance of sagging skin, wrinkles, and other signs of ageing. The procedure is typically performed under local anaesthesia or IV sedation, and recovery time varies depending on the individual. Usually, the patient can return to normal activities within a week.
AccuTite

AccuTite is a minimally invasive procedure that uses radiofrequency energy to tighten and contour the skin on small, hard-to-treat areas of the face and body, such as the lower eyelids, nasolabial folds, and neck. It is a smaller version of the FaceTite device and allows the surgeon to work on smaller and more delicate areas. The procedure is performed by inserting a small, thin probe under the skin, which delivers heat energy to the tissues, causing them to contract and tighten. The procedure is typically performed under local anaesthesia and recovery time varies depending on the individual. Usually, the patient can return to normal activities within a day or two.
Chin Liposuction (Double Chin Lipo)

Submental Liposuction is also known as chin liposuction and neck liposuction focuses on the area underneath the chin with the removal of unwanted fat in the chin, jowls and lower cheeks. Chin lipo is a good alternative to neck lift surgery in younger patients and is suitable for those who have good skin elasticity. Through small incisions made beneath the chin and often behind the ears, submental liposuction is used to remove the desired amount of fat to effectively contour the chin and neck. Morpheus8 and FaceTite can be added for patients with mild to moderate skin laxity.
Chin Augmentation with Implant

Chin implant surgery, also known as chin augmentation or mentoplasty is beneficial for those looking to add balance to the lower part of their face. Using specially customised silicone implants, a chin implant defines the jawline, enhances the neckline and improves a receding, weak jaw. Chin implant surgery is commonly combined with rhinoplasty or a facelift and being a prosthetic implant, can be removed if patients no longer desire to have it.
Chin Reduction Surgery

Chin reduction surgery, also known as profileplasty or mentoplasty is a surgical procedure designed to reduce an excessively prominent chin by removing extra bone tissue. An overly prominent chin can be effectively contoured to result in a better overall facial balance and can perfectly complement the results of a rhinoplasty or facelift procedure. If you feel your excessively large chin affects your overall facial features, chin reduction could be the ideal procedure.
Lip Lift

A lip lift is a cosmetic surgery procedure that aims to enhance the appearance of the upper lip by raising the position of the lip and reducing the amount of skin that is visible above the lip. This can be done by making an incision in the upper lip and removing a small amount of skin and tissue to lift the lip upward. The procedure can also be done by making an incision inside the upper lip to lift the lip without an external scar. Lip lifts can be performed alone or in combination with other procedures, such as a facelift or a nose job.
Lip Reduction

Lip reduction surgery, also known as lip reduction or lipoplasty, is a cosmetic procedure that reduces the size of the lips. The procedure is performed by making small incisions at the corners of the mouth and removing a small amount of tissue from the lips. Lip reduction surgery can help to create a more proportionate and balanced appearance to the lips. It can also help to alleviate any functional issues, such as difficulty speaking or eating caused by overly large lips. The procedure is typically performed under local anaesthesia, and recovery time is usually a week.
Dimple Creation Surgery (Dimpleplasty)

Dimple creation surgery, also known as dimpleplasty, is a cosmetic procedure that creates dimples in the cheeks by making a small incision, creating a small hole in the underlying muscle and attaching a small suture to create a permanent indentation. It is done under local anaesthesia, and recovery time is short, usually a day or two. It’s important to have a consultation with a facial plastic surgeon to discuss the best options, potential risks, and any other concerns before deciding to have the procedure.
Buccal Fat Removal (Bichectomy)

Buccal fat removal, also known as buccal lipectomy, is a cosmetic procedure that removes excess fat from the cheeks. The procedure involves making small incisions inside the cheeks and removing the buccal fat pad. This can help to create a more defined and chiselled facial appearance, particularly in the lower cheeks and jawline. The procedure is typically performed under general anaesthesia or IV sedation and the recovery time varies depending on the individual. Usually, the patient can return to normal activities within a week.
Otoplasty (Prominent Ear Correction)

Otoplasty also known as pinnaplasty or ear shaping surgery is an effective way to alter the appearance of protruding or unfolded ears and is considered to have one of the highest patient satisfaction rates of any cosmetic surgery procedure. It is also a good option for those looking to fix the position of uneven ears.
Earlobe Repair

Earlobe repair is a procedure for the repair of split earlobes that have been damaged from being stretched or ripped. Performed under local anaesthetic by one of our expert plastic surgeons, any tears or irregularities in the tissue are reshaped and fixed. This quick and effective procedure has a fast recovery time, resulting in earlobes with a normal appearance.
Earlobe Reduction

Earlobe reduction surgery is designed to reshape the earlobe to a smaller size. Large and saggy earlobes often occur due to the ageing process or from wearing heavy earrings. An earlobe lift can effectively reshape the earlobes for an aesthetically pleasing appearance allowing people an unrestricted choice in hairstyles and the ability to wear earrings with confidence once again.
Facial Skin Lesion Removal

Facial skin lesion removal refers to the surgical removal of abnormal growths or marks on the skin of the face. These include moles, warts, age spots, and skin tags. The procedure is typically performed under local anaesthesia and can be done using a variety of techniques, such as excision (cutting out the lesion), curettage (scraping the lesion off), or electrodessication (burning the lesion off). Depending on the type, size, and location of the lesion, the removal process may require stitches or cauterization to stop bleeding. Some benign lesions can be removed by cryotherapy(freezing the lesion) or topical cream. In some cases, the removed lesion will be sent to a lab for further examination to ensure that it is not cancerous.
Facial Scar Revision

Facial scar revision is a surgical procedure aiming to improve the appearance of facial scars. The procedure involves removing the existing scar and rebuilding the area to minimise its visibility. The specific technique used will depend on the type and location of the scar, as well as the patient’s individual needs and goals. The procedure may be performed using sutures, skin grafts, or tissue flaps and can often be done under local or twilight anaesthesia.
