Warts can appear all over the body, but will commonly appear on the feet and hands. While they will generally go away after a few months, they can last longer or reoccur if not properly treated. Warts will generally not cause any physical discomfort, however, many people will consider them to be aesthetically unappealing.
Verrucas will occur on the soles or toes of the feet. This occurs when a wart forms and is pushed inward, causing hard skin to form over the top of it. Verrucas can often cause physical pain. Verrucas’, like warts, are contagious and can be transferred through contact with infected surfaces such as changing room floors, showers, socks and shoes.
To stop any physical pain and stop warts and verrucas spreading, it is best to seek treatment.

Laser wart and verrucas removal is a non-surgical day procedure. It does not involve the use of any anaesthetic.
The Er:YAG laser will be used to ablate warts and verrucas.
Next, Nd:YAG absorption will work to target the blood vessels which are connected to the wart and verrucas, which will cause necrosis.
Using lasers allows for precise targeting, so none of the surrounding tissue is damaged.
You may feel some mild discomfort while the lasers are being used.
Treatment will take around 15 minutes to complete.
Many people will find one treatment is enough, however, some will require repeat sessions. These can take place after four weeks.
This is a non-surgical procedure, so you will not have any recovery time. You will be able to resume your usual activities right away.
