Mr Kwong is a highly skilled oculoplastic surgeon specialising in rejuvenating and enhancing the delicate areas around the eyes.
Mr Kwong completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Cambridge and then his postgraduate medical studies at the University of Oxford.
He completed his residency in eye surgery in London at Europe’s busiest eye hospital, then undertook further oculoplastic fellowship training at centres of excellence both in London, North America and East Asia.
His expertise encompasses a wide range of cosmetic oculoplastic procedures, including eyelid lifts, brow lifts, blepharoplasty, and tear trough rejuvenation. Following his time spent training in Asia, he has a particular interest in Asian eyelid surgery.
