Once practising privileges have been granted, practitioners who wish to use our facilities on an ongoing basis must familiarise themselves with our written policies, most specifically the Practising Privileges Policy as well as our clinical governance policies. M Sarwar Ltd, trading as ‘Centre for Surgery’ is regulated by the Care Quality Commission and must adhere to an immensely high standard of care.
Centre for Surgery is the leading cosmetic surgery clinic in London with two locations in Marylebone covering the full range of cosmetic surgical and non-surgical treatments. We are pleased to work with both individual practitioners and cosmetic surgery groups to offer the highest levels of medical care for your patients.
95-97 Baker Street, W1U 6RN
Our Baker Street day surgery facility is located in the very heart of central London in Marylebone and opened its doors in January 2022.
Our location on one of London’s most iconic streets is unmatched in its ‘curb appeal’ and has fantastic ease of access, being located next to one of London’s busiest transport hubs. Patients consistently cite the ‘wow factor’ when they arrive for consultations or procedures at our purpose-built day surgery facility. Undergoing any type of surgery can be a nerve-wracking experience and we have taken great care to design a bespoke cosmetic surgery facility from the ground up which caters to your patient’s preferences and needs.
We are committed to best practices in day surgery, where patients can have their procedure and be safely discharged into the comfort of their own homes later that same day.
We have two fully equipped and spacious general anaesthetic operating theatres. The size of both theatres is significantly larger than most operating theatres found in equivalent facilities in the Harley Street area. Our anaesthetists are experts in total intravenous anaesthesia (TIVA), which is considered a gentler form of general anaesthesia with an excellent side-effect and recovery profile. We have the full range of gold-standard surgical equipment, including Microaire ‘PAL lipo’ and piezotome rhinoplasty, to help you consistently deliver first-class surgical outcomes.
Of course, the facilities and equipment are only one part of delivering a great service to your patients. Our biggest asset is our people. We pride ourselves on carefully handpicking all our clinical staff, and our theatre nurses are highly skilled in all aspects of operative surgery. Many of our nurses have worked with us for several years and love the solid family-like culture that has flourished over time. From the moment your patient arrives for your procedure right the way through to the postoperative nurse check-up, our nurses will do their utmost to keep your patients comfortable, relaxed and well-informed.
