Will I lose feeling in my nipples after getting breast implants?

In a breast lift operation, the breast tissue and nipples are reshaped and repositioned to sit higher on the chest, giving a more youthful and pleasing look. Generally, the nipple stays attached to a piece of breast tissue that has its own blood supply. This ensures that the nipple and the surrounding areola continue to receive blood and nutrients, keeping them healthy. The nipple is then moved to a higher position on the breast without being detached.
So, if you’re concerned about the nipples being removed during a breast lift, you can generally put those worries to rest. The aim is to lift and reshape, not to remove.
Can You Still Breastfeed After Cosmetic Breast Surgery?
Yes, it’s often still possible to breastfeed after having cosmetic breast surgery, although the specific surgical technique used can influence your ability to do so.
