Whether you want more volume, a lift, better proportion between your waist and hips, or a subtle change without surgery, there is a specific option for it, from the Brazilian butt lift and buttock implants to the buttock lift and the non-surgical liquid BBL.
A BBL moves fat from areas such as the tummy, flanks or back into the buttocks, reshaping both at once. Choose it if you have enough spare fat and want a clear increase in size.
A skinny BBL gathers fat from several small areas to make the most of what a slim body has. Choose it if you are lean and want a rounder, proportionate shape.
A mini BBL uses liposuction on just two areas, placing the fat where it shows most, often the hip dips. Choose it for subtle shaping rather than a big size change.
A buttock lift takes away loose skin above the buttocks so they sit higher, with the scar placed low on the back. Choose it if the problem is sagging skin, not a lack of volume.
Buttock implants add shape with a solid silicone implant set deep in the muscle, with no fat needed. Choose it if you are too slim for a BBL or want more projection than fat allows.
A liquid BBL shapes the buttocks and hip dips using filler injections, with no surgery. Choose it if you want a temporary change, or to trial a shape before committing to surgery.

Buttock surgery changes the size, shape or position of the buttocks by adding fat, adding an implant or removing loose skin. Which one suits you depends on how much fat you have to spare, how much change you want, and whether the problem is volume or sagging:
Buttock augmentation means adding volume, either with your own fat or with silicone implants. Fat transfer gives a softer, more natural feel and slims the areas the fat is taken from, but it needs enough spare fat, and some of the transferred fat does not survive. Implants add a predictable volume without needing donor fat, but carry a higher complication and revision rate. Our guide to BBL vs buttock implants compares them in detail, and our guide to BBL shapes explains the looks each approach can create.
Every BBL we perform uses real-time ultrasound guidance, with fat placed above the gluteal muscle only, the approach recommended to reduce the risk of fat entering the large veins beneath the muscle. Our guide to ultrasound-guided BBL explains why it matters. The surgeon who assesses you at consultation is the surgeon who operates, and our buttock surgeons include Mr Metin Nizamoglu. The liquid BBL is carried out by doctors including Dr Michail Vourvachis. Surgical buttock procedures take place under TIVA at our Baker Street hospital, rated Good overall by the Care Quality Commission.
You can see real patient results in our BBL before and after photos, and prices in our BBL cost guide. We recommend a two-week cooling-off period before any surgical procedure.
