Gynecomastia Surgery
Gynaecomastia surgery flattens a puffy male chest by removing firm gland tissue and any fat around it, with skin tightened where needed. Choose it if a firm lump sits behind the nipple despite training.
Cosmetic surgery for men in London for the face, chest and body, with every grade of gynaecomastia treated, including grade 3 to 4 and revision cases, and techniques adapted to thicker skin, beard lines and male fat patterns.

Whether it is a puffy chest, stubborn fat around the waist, heavy eyelids or a weak chin, there is a specific operation for it, from gynaecomastia surgery and male liposuction to male eyelid surgery and male rhinoplasty.
Gynaecomastia surgery flattens a puffy male chest by removing firm gland tissue and any fat around it, with skin tightened where needed. Choose it if a firm lump sits behind the nipple despite training.
Male liposuction slims the places men tend to store fat, like the love handles and waist, keeping a straight, masculine outline. Choose it if these areas have not changed despite training.
Abdominal etching removes fat along the lines of the abdominal muscles so a six pack shows through. Choose it if you are already lean and training, and only a thin layer hides your abs.
A male tummy tuck removes loose skin from the stomach and tightens the muscle wall, shaped to a straighter, masculine waist. Choose it if weight loss has left skin that liposuction alone cannot fix.
Pec implants build a fuller, squarer chest with a solid silicone implant set beneath the muscle via the armpit. Choose it if training has not built the chest you want, or one side is smaller.
Chest wall implants restore a normal chest contour with a one-off implant designed for your body, whether the breastbone is sunken or one side is underdeveloped. Start here to compare the two.
Pectus excavatum implant surgery fills a sunken breastbone with a custom implant, avoiding the bar and rib operations used to reshape the chest itself. Choose it if appearance, not breathing, is your concern.
Poland syndrome implant surgery rebuilds the missing muscle bulk on one side of the chest with a custom implant mirrored from your other side. Choose it for a balanced chest without a back scar.
Calf implants build up thin lower legs with a solid silicone implant, including custom-made designs for one weaker calf. Choose it if you want a bigger, more predictable change than fat transfer gives.
Fat transfer calf augmentation shapes the calves using fat moved from your tummy, flanks or thighs, with no implant. Choose it for a subtle, soft change, accepting that a second session may be needed.
A male body lift removes hanging skin from men’s chest, tummy, back and limbs after large weight loss, usually in stages. Choose it if loose skin, rather than fat or gland, affects several areas.
A male BBL moves fat from the flanks or tummy into the buttocks, adding projection without the curves of a female BBL. Choose it if flat buttocks leave your build looking unbalanced.
Male rhinoplasty reshapes the nose but keeps the bridge straight and strong, avoiding over-reduction that softens the face. Choose it if a hump, crooked bridge or wide tip affects your profile or breathing.
Male eyelid surgery tidies hooded upper lids or puffy lower lids, keeping the crease low and the eye shape unchanged. Choose it if you look tired even when you are not.
A male facelift lifts the lower face and neck, firming a softened jawline without making the face look pulled. Choose it if jowls have formed along the jaw, not just loose skin under the chin.
A male neck lift sharpens the chin-neck angle, treating a double chin, loose skin or neck cords. Choose it if your jawline is still firm and only the neck has aged.
Male chin surgery brings a chin forward with an implant or by moving the bone, or reduces one that is too prominent. Choose it if your chin looks weak or oversized in profile.

Answer a few short questionsA few short questions, including a simple pinch test if stomach fat is your concern. You will get a suggested procedure, realistic recovery times, and an honest answer if surgery is not what you need.
Male plastic surgery covers the face, chest and body. Most men who come to us want to look fitter or more rested without looking as though they have had anything done. Matching the concern to the right procedure:
The same operation often needs a different technique in a man. Male skin is thicker, with a richer blood supply that raises the risk of bleeding after a facelift. The brow sits lower and flatter, the beard and hairline decide where scars can be hidden, and men store more fat deep inside the abdomen, beneath the muscle wall, where liposuction cannot reach; our guide to visceral vs subcutaneous fat explains the difference. A male facelift has to preserve the sideburn, male eyelid surgery keeps a lower, straighter upper lid rather than creating an arch, and male body contouring aims for a V-taper rather than curves.
The surgeon who assesses you at consultation is the surgeon who operates. Our male body contouring surgeons include Mr Metin Nizamoglu, who also performs custom chest wall implant surgery with Professor Ertan Erel, and male eyelid surgery is performed by surgeons with oculoplastic training. Operations take place under TIVA or local anaesthetic with sedation, depending on the procedure, at our Baker Street hospital, rated Good overall by the Care Quality Commission.
You can see real patient results in our gynaecomastia before and after photos and pectoral implant results, and prices in our guides to gynaecomastia surgery cost and male liposuction cost. We recommend a two-week cooling-off period before any surgical procedure.
